Wet Chemical extinguishers are the best restaurant

Class K listing by UL specifically for restaurant kitchen
hazards. They contain a special potassium acetate based, low
PH agent developed for use in pre-engineered restaurant
kitchen systems. The recent trend to more efficient cooking
